About the GRAPPA Annual Meeting
GRAPPA Annual Meetings are the preferred global conference to attend because of the high scientific level of clinical and research presented. There is a good dialogue between the clinicians, researchers, and steering committee. These discussions translate to incorporation in clinical management recommendations, position statements and the design of new academic studies and clinical trials. The GRAPPA membership is very friendly and the meetings are very sociable.

Education Credits
Please be aware that GRAPPA Annual Meetings do not provide continuing education credit, nor are the meetings EFPIA eligible. Upon request, GRAPPA will provide a certificate of attendance.
Epi Session
An intensive short course GRAPPA Epidemiologic Methods and Study Design: A Primer and Update will be offered exclusively to a limited small number of paying GRAPPA Members.

Each year, there is a small quota of GRAPPA non-member registrations accepted at a fee for in-person and virtual attendance.

You may also register at the same time for the additional Epi Session (limited availability).
Annual Meeting registration deadline is June 30, 2024.
GRAPPA Epidemiologic Methods and Study Design: A Primer and Update
Immediately preceding the upcoming 2024 GRAPPA Annual Meeting in Seattle, an in depth short course in Epidemiology will be available to a limited number of GRAPPA Members. This course will equip participants with a foundational understanding of key concepts that can be applied to enhance the design, implementation, and analysis of GRAPPA (and other) studies. A nominal below-cost fee for this event is required at the time of registration.

The Seattle Sheraton Grand is located adjacent to the Convention Center and steps from Pike Place Market. Attractions near the hotel include the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena and T-Mobile Park.
The distance from the airport to the hotel is 13.7 miles (22.04 km).

Hotel Booking Instructions
GRAPPA Members, Invited Trainees, & Invited Presenters
Please read before making your hotel reservation.
GRAPPA will pay for two nights at the Sheraton Grand Seattle. GRAPPA will not pay for accommodations at other hotels.
To receive complimentary accommodation, attendees must attend all GRAPPA general meetings.
Your reservation will be charged directly to the GRAPPA account. Reservations are up to two nights – some three-night exceptions may be approved if air travel is not viable or required meeting time commitments.
Please note that any upgrades will be at additional cost to the participant.
Please do not reserve three nights if travel can accommodate the two-night limit. We appreciate this consideration.
After June 10, bookings made at the Sheraton Grand or at another location will not be covered by GRAPPA.

The Sheraton Hotel hosting the GRAPPA Annual Meeting notes that another sizable group has booked rooms for the same dates.
While we have secured a substantial block of rooms, there is a heightened likelihood of the hotel reaching full capacity. Unlike last year, GRAPPA may not have the same flexibility for last-minute reservations. Therefore, GRAPPA highly recommends that you make your reservations promptly to secure your accommodations.
