The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) is dedicated to treatment, research and patient care of those with rheumatic diseases.

ASAS is an international society of experts in the field of spondyloarthritis. The mission of ASAS is to support and promote translational and clinical research of spondyloarthritis.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin condition that causes itchiness and discomfort. Plaque psoriasis is the most common type. It causes thick, scaly areas of skin. While there isn’t a cure, psoriasis treatment can help manage symptoms. Your provider may prescribe special creams or ointments for psoriasis.

The European Association of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), organizes annual one main congress in one of the European capitals and one spring meeting, offers training, fostering courses and online teaching for CME.

The European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) represents people with arthritis/rheumatism and health professional and scientific societies of rheumatology of all the European nations. The aims of EULAR are to reduce the burden of rheumatic diseases on the individual and society and to improve the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal diseases. EULAR fosters education and research in rheumatology and promotes the translation of research advances into daily care and fights for the recognition of the needs of people with musculoskeletal diseases by the governing bodies in Europe.

Europso was founded in November 1988 and is a federation of psoriasis patients’ associations based in the geographic region of Europe. As an umbrella organisation operating within Europe, and as a Member of IfpA we have close ties to the worldwide psoriasis movements – the International Federation of Psoriasis Associations (IFPA), the United States-based National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) and to the Nordic Psoriasis alliance (NORDPSO).

Founded in 2004, the International Psoriasis Council (IPC) is a dermatology-led, voluntary, global nonprofit organization dedicated to innovation across the full spectrum of psoriasis through research, education and patient care.

OMERACT (Outcome Measures in Rheumatology) is an independent initiative of international health professionals interested in outcome measures in rheumatology. Over the last 20 years, OMERACT has served a critical role in the development and validation of clinical and radiographic outcome measures in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other rheumatic diseases.

The Pan American League of Associations of Rheumatology (PANLAR), founded in 1943, gathers the scientific societies of rheumatology, health professionals related to rheumatic illnesses and rheumatic patient associations of all countries in the Americas.

Psoriasis and Psoriastic Arthritis Clinics Multicenter Advancement Network (PPACMAN). Mission statement: "To nucleate psoriatic disease combined clinics and centers to advance a multi-level approach to psoriatic patients, increase disease awareness and accelerate management."

The Psoriasis International Network (PIN) is a joint action of FRT - Fondation René Touraine - an international foundation for dermatology - and the EADV Psoriasis Task Force.

PIN gathers at present over 4700 dermatologists from some 95 countries, as well as rheumatologists and other health professionals involved in psoriasis management. PIN also collaborates with 40 patient associations.

The International Federation of Psoriasis Associations (IFPA) is a non profit organization made up of psoriasis associations from around the world.

The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) is a non-profit organization with a mission to drive efforts to cure psoriatic disease and improve the lives of those affected.

The Psoriasis Association is the leading national charity and membership organisation for people affected by psoriasis – patients, families, carers and health professionals- in the UK.

The Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Alliance (PAPAA) is a UK registered charity dedicated to providing a positive approach for people affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

The mission of SPARTAN is foster research and education in spondyloarthritis in the United States. SPARTAN members accomplish this mission by engaging in specific research projects and through an annual meeting, which highlights important education and research programs.

Understanding and Managing Pain and Fatigue in Spondyloarthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis

Join Rheumatologists Dr. Philip Mease, from the University of Washington and Seattle Rheumatology Associates and Professor Ernest Choy, MD, head of Rheumatology and Translational Research at the Division of Infection and Immunity and Director of the Cardiff Regional Experimental Arthritis Treatment and Evaluation Center at Cardiff University School of Medicine, Wales (UK) to learn the newest information regarding Understanding and Managing Pain and Fatigue in SpA and PsA.
