Complimentary Registration
GRAPPA Members, PRPs, Invited Trainees, and Invited Speakers are permitted to register for in-person or virtual attendance at no cost. GRAPPA also provides complimentary three-night hotel accommodation. Scroll down to make your hotel reservation.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel.
CORPORATE PARTNERS
A designated number of registrations are granted to all corporate partners depending on sponsorship level.

CORPORATE PARTNER ADDITIONAL GUESTS
There is a registration fee for Corporate Partner additional guests. The limit of additional guests based on sponsorship level.

NON GRAPPA MEMBERS
Each year, there is a small quota of GRAPPA non-member registrations accepted at a fee for in-person and virtual attendance.

Registration is Required
All sessions will be live-streamed, recorded and available on-demand for every registered attendee! Register for online access if you are unable to attend in person.
Ultrasound Workshop
Immediately preceding the upcoming 2026 GRAPPA Annual Meeting in Lisbon, an ultrasound workshop will be available to a limited number of GRAPPA Members.
Attendees of this workshop will gain understanding of entheseal assessment and its use in the context of Psoriatic Arthritis. By exploring the anatomical and pathological complexities of different entheseal sites, participants will learn to prioritize those with the highest diagnostic yield.
A nominal below-cost fee for this event is required at the time of registration.

Hotel Accommodation Notice
Due to high demand and record attendance for the GRAPPA Annual Meeting and Trainee Symposium 2026 in beautiful Lisbon, the GRAPPA hotel room block is expected to sell out. We strongly encourage attendees to make their hotel reservations as early as possible.
Please note that securing and managing your hotel reservation is the responsibility of each attendee. Cancellations made after June 8 will incur a charge to the card on file in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Once the GRAPPA room block is full, GRAPPA will no longer be able to provide accommodations through the meeting block, and attendees will need to arrange their own lodging independently.
Hotel Reservations
- The hotel booking window is now open and will close on June 8 or when sold out.
- GRAPPA members must book their own hotel reservations directly with the event hotel. You will need to provide a credit card to book the reservation but it will not be charged except for incidentals during your stay, no-shows, or cancellations outside the cancellation period.
- Reservations are made in your name and are an individual agreement between you and the hotel.
- GRAPPA will reimburse lodging only as permitted under the GRAPPA Travel Policy. Please see the FAQ section below for details.
Important Policies
- Cancellation Policy
- The hotel has a strict cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged to the individual whose credit card is on the reservation.
- GRAPPA cannot assume responsibility for cancellation or no-show charges.
- Stay Dates Covered by GRAPPA
- GRAPPA will cover up to 3 nights of lodging for each member.
- A 4th night may be covered with written approval or if attending the Ultrasound Workshop (registration required).
- Any additional nights are the responsibility of the individual and will be charged to the personal card on file.
- No-Shows
- Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged in full by the hotel.
- Agreement
- By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Room Types
- Superior Room – Single occupancy or double occupancy with one shared bed.
- Deluxe King Room – Twin-bed option available. Please request twin beds in the Special Requests section when booking.
- Superior Rooms cannot be configured as twin rooms.
Credit Card & Guarantee Policy
- The credit card on file will be charged for:

- No-shows
- Room incidentals
- Any charges that fall within the hotel’s cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty.
- Cancellations after June 8 will not be refunded by GRAPPA.
- Late cancellations, modifications, or no-shows within the cancellation window will result in the full accommodation charge being applied to the credit card provided.
Room Type Clarification
- A Superior Room includes one double bed for double occupancy (shared bed).
- A Superior Room cannot be configured with two twin beds.
- A Deluxe Room must be booked for double occupancy requiring two twin beds.
- Members requesting twin beds should:

GRAPPA Members:

Education Credits
Please be aware that GRAPPA Annual Meetings do not provide continuing education credit, nor are the meetings EFPIA eligible. Upon request, GRAPPA will provide a certificate of attendance.
